Milk is centrifuges for two purposes.

1) Clerifying: to remove any somatic cells, blood and contaminants from air or milking machines.

2) Purification: to remove the fat or cream from the milk.

Milk Centrifuges come in two flavors either two phase sparators for clerifying milk by removing impurities (PDSM-CN).  Or three phase centrifuges that will clerify and separate impurities and the cream from the milk in a liquid/liquid/solid arrangement (PDSM-DN).
