Peeler Centrifuges are horizontal mounted perforated basket centrifuges that us a filter media to collect solids from liquid slurry.  The run at higher rpm and produce higher centripetal forces than vertical mounted machines.  These machines are very process/material specific.  Typical features allow for the following process steps, 1) Feeding slurry in to basket, 2) Drying Cake, 3) Washing, 4) Drying Cake, 5) Scraper Discharge, 6) Back Wash Filter Media.  These Machines allow for fully automated batch operation.
