Manual Top Discharge Basket Centrifuges are the most simple and cost effective cenetrifuges available.  Good for low volume applications and pilot plant operations.  material enters into the rotating drum and flows through the filter material.  Clear liquid overflows the top of the basket and drains from the machine through the bottom port. Solids are retained in the basket   The solids will need to be manually removed from the basket interior.  Liquids may be removed using the decanter/purge attachement while running or self draining rotor once the basket has stopped.
