Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

The majority of our centrifuges are made to order in China.  Total lead time between payment and delvery is 10-12 weeks.  For USA domestic orders, shipping is no additional charge.

Returns:

Because machines are built to order returns are not accepted.  We however we guarntee and warranty the operation of the machine.  

Warranty:

Machines come with a one year warranty for materials and workmanship.

Guarantee:

We guarantee that you will receive a high quality centrifuge that works as discribed.  You have the choice to buy from the website with little input from us or to work with us to select the best machine for your application.
